The RCM’s ‘Music and Dance Collective’ is designed for musicians interested in developing creative work collaboratively with dancers, from Rambert School. Students have worked together in groups to create new music and dance pieces which will be presented at Rambert School’s Studio Theatre.

About the event
The RCM’s ‘Music and Dance Collective’ is designed for musicians interested in developing creative work collaboratively with dancers, from Rambert School. Students have worked together in groups to create new music and dance pieces which will be presented at Rambert School’s Studio Theatre.
The theme for the project is CERN, an intergovernmental organisation that operates the largest particle physics laboratory in the world. Therefore, there is a large variety of stimuli that can be used as sources of creativity, from dark matter to atomic energy. Watch this inspiring showcase to see how the creatives use lighting, staging, music and dance to inform the audience. Also do not miss out on hearing the premiere of commissioned compositions by Royal College of Music Composition for Screen students.
